About Us

Level Contracts Ltd are a principal contractor within the construction industry, operating nationwide with our head office being based in Northampton. We initially started out as a shop fitting contractor undertaking numerous aspects of shop fitting for major clients within the retail sector. Through the building and development of client relationships the company has evolved to meet our client’s needs and currently operates as a principal contractor within the construction industry, whilst also undertaking the role of principal designer where required by our clients.

Over recent years we have undertaken various projects across a number of sectors, including: CAT B fit outs / office refurbishment (including MEP), toilet refurbishments, tea point upgrades, Security upgrades, large scale decoration projects and structural repairs.

Scott and Chris started the business as a partnership in 2008 and became limited in2010. We started on the tools’ in a van and grew from there. Trust. Honesty. Integrity. Very early on we found that the relationships we were building were based upon these principles. In an on-line world which is full of over-promising and under-delivering, the relationship with the client has to be based on trust, which stems from honesty and integrity of purpose and execution. It sounds overly wordy, but in effect it is doing what we say we’ll do. Simple.

Not a family business

We’re not, at least not related to each other. But we operate as if we are, with a personal responsibility that flows from initial enquiry to the final handover. But it’s not just about the client, It’s about the team in general. Construction can be a ruthless industry but LC have always looked after their team, after all, we may be desk based now but we have been at the coal face and have never asked anyone to do something we would not do ourselves. Most of our staff are longstanding and have known us all for years and still enjoy working with us.

We’ve worked extremely hard to get where we are but the core of our ethos remains the same, despite the challenges of bigger goals, and the vicissitudes of the industry and present day economics. We have multiple accreditations, as evidenced at the bottom of the page, and copies of any of our company policies are available upon request Suffice to say we have the heritage, skills, tenacity and commitment to deliver all projects with enthusiasm and commitment, and building wonderful relationships on the way. We’re based in the midlands in Northampton where we have easy access to all the major population centres and work nationwide.
