Kieran Seals

General Manager

Kieran has a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and a PgDip in Project Management which was obtained form the College of Estate management, recently he has completed a number of courses to aid CPD including SMSTs, First Aid and Fire Stopping.

He started his working life undertaking roles within the consultancy side of the construction industrywere he undertook various roles including: Estates Officer at Southport & Ormskirk NHS Trust,Clients Advisor on a £15m University Centre at Blackburn College and Project Manager for a consultancy where he oversaw various projects across the retail sector.Kieran has now moved over to the contracting side of the industry were his experience of understanding a client’s needs has allowed him to deliver various projects in the role of project manager across a number of sectors. These projects have ranged from £1.2m internal refurbishment projects through to £10k dilapidation works.

Family man, father of two and keen sports fan who supports Bolton Wanderers.
