Bennett House – Case Study

Bennett House

Sector: Public Sector
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Team: Level Contracts
Project Brief: Government Office CAT B Fit Out
Value: £160,000
Duration: Six Weeks

Results: The project was successfully delivered between our site and management team. All stakeholders were happy from inception to completion.

Activities: The work included internal finishes, partition wall construction, blind installation, HVAC modifications for the Comms Room, electrical adjustments for the new office layout, installation of a Tea Point, supply and installation of Comms Room IT and electrical equipment, and security upgrades to office areas.

Challenges: During delivery at Bennett House, a three-story property with active tenants, we navigated challenges by coordinating closely with the landlord and tenants. Regular communication ensured our deliveries and waste removal didn’t disrupt daily operations, protecting staff, visitors, and the public.

Successes:
We updated our Health & Safety File daily, leading to successful weekly audits and daily checks shared with stakeholders. We issued a weekly contractor’s report and minimized disruption by scheduling deliveries and waste removal outside regular hours. A clear, signposted route ensured safe access to the site compound.
